03 · Method

How a lot reaches this catalog.

How we operate
01 · Synthesis

Solid phase, monitored

Fmoc chemistry on 2-chlorotrityl or Rink amide resin. Coupling is monitored stepwise; a failed cycle ends the run rather than getting capped and carried forward.

Fmoc/tBu≥ 99.5% stepwise

02 · Purification

Pooled on purity

Preparative RP-HPLC over C18, acetonitrile against 0.1% TFA. Fractions are pooled on purity, not yield - the tail of the peak is discarded even when it would pass.

Prep RP-HPLCAcetate exchange

03 · Release

Someone else’s instrument

Material is sampled and sent to one of three contract laboratories on rotation. We do not run our own release assay, and we do not choose which laboratory sees which lot.

3 labs, rotatedBlind allocation

04 · Packing

Sealed, seated, tracked

Vials ship seated in a moulded insert inside a rigid outer, with the packing note carrying every lot number. Lyophilised material is stable at ambient temperature in transit, so no coolant is used.

Moulded insertTracked dispatch

05 · Documentation

The page never comes down

The certificate goes online the day the lot is released and stays there after it sells out, is superseded, or is withdrawn. Withdrawn lots keep their page and gain a dated note.

06 · Traceability

A code on every vial

Each vial is printed with a six-digit code under its lot number. It resolves to the certificate for that lot, so the paperwork can be checked against the vial before it is opened.

Single-lot codesNever expire

04 · The register

What every lot on this site has been through.

The rules the catalogue is sold against. Each one is checkable on the certificate it produces.

01

Eight tests, every lot

Purity by RP-HPLC with the chromatogram published, identity by LC-MS, net peptide content in milligrams, water, counter-ion, heavy metals by ICP-MS, endotoxin by LAL, and copper by ICP-OES for metal complexes. A lot that fails any line is destroyed.

02

Assayed by a laboratory we do not own

Three contract laboratories on rotation, allocation outside our control, the laboratory and its report reference printed on every certificate. No lot is released on our own measurement.

03

Published first, never removed

The certificate goes online at a permanent address before the first vial ships. It stays after the lot sells out. A withdrawal is dated on the page and every recipient is told.

04

Traceable from the label

Every vial carries its lot number, a six-digit code and a QR, all of which resolve to that lot’s certificate. Codes are per lot and never expire.

05 · Terms of supply

For laboratory research use only. Not for human consumption.

Material is sold as a laboratory reagent to qualified investigators, institutional laboratories and commercial R&D groups, for in-vitro work and non-human in-vivo studies under an approved protocol.

What we will not do

No therapeutic, diagnostic or preventive claims. No dosing guidance, protocols or administration instructions, and no answers to questions about personal use.

Regulatory status

None of these compounds is approved by the FDA for human use, and none is supplied as a drug, food, cosmetic or dietary supplement. Purchasers are responsible for compliance in their own jurisdiction.

If a lot fails after release

The lot is withdrawn, every recipient is notified, and the certificate page gains a dated withdrawal note. Material is replaced or refunded at your choice, including shipping.

Release notes

New lots and certificates, once a month.

Which lots were released, which were retired, and what changed in the catalog. No offers, no dosing content, one click to leave.

211 certificates on the register across 33 compounds, every one published before its lot was listed.

For researchers and laboratories. Your address is used for the release note and nothing else.
