Lyophilised powder ships at ambient temperature. Drying removes the water that makes a peptide unstable, so a dried cake does not need coolant in transit - we do not operate a cold chain and do not claim to.

Release testing is contracted to one of three independent laboratories on rotation. We do not run our own release assay. Every certificate carries appearance, purity by RP-HPLC at 214 nm, identity by LC-MS, net peptide content in milligrams by amino acid analysis, water by Karl Fischer, counter-ion by ion chromatography, heavy metals by ICP-MS, and endotoxin by USP ⟨85⟩ LAL.

Yes - that is the point. Every product page shows the lot you would actually receive, and every lot number resolves to a permanent certificate. Nothing is gated behind checkout or an account.

Each vial is printed with a six-digit code beneath its lot number. Entering it at Verify a Batch opens the certificate for that exact lot, so you can confirm the vial matches the paperwork before opening it. Codes are per lot, not per vial, and never expire.

We supply qualified investigators and research organisations. Material is sold strictly as a laboratory reagent for research use only and is not for human consumption. We do not provide dosing guidance and we cannot advise on personal use.

The lot is withdrawn, everyone who received it is notified by email, and the certificate page gains a dated withdrawal note. The page is never deleted. Withdrawn material is replaced or refunded at your choice, including shipping.

Yes, on every order and at no charge. Material that arrives damaged, is lost by the carrier or is held and not delivered is replaced from the same lot where possible, dispatched within one business day of the claim being accepted. No. Certificates, verification and ordering all work without one. An account, signed in with a one-time email code, keeps your order history, the certificate for every lot you have received, and saved addresses that fill the checkout. Sign in or create one.

Enter the order reference from the confirmation email at Track an order. It shows where the parcel is in dispatch, the lots in the order and their certificates. The carrier link itself is emailed the moment the parcel is scanned.

Unopened vials with an intact crimp seal can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened vials cannot be returned for reasons of chain-of-custody, but anything that fails to match its certificate is replaced or refunded regardless of whether it has been opened.
