In-stock lots leave within one business day of payment clearing. The cutoff is 14:00 Central; median time from clearing to carrier scan is 24 hours.

2. Expect a split parcel if a lot is lowRather than hold the order, a low-stock line ships separately at no extra cost. Both parcels carry their own packing note.
3. Custom synthesis dispatches on releaseThe lot is assayed and its certificate published before anything leaves. You are emailed the certificate link first.

Lyophilised material is sealed, dried and stable in transit. The packing protects the crimp seals and keeps the paperwork with the vials.

1. Confirm you can act as importer of recordOutside the United States the consignee is the importer. Duties and local restrictions are the purchaser’s responsibility.
2. Check local rules for research chemicals before orderingSome jurisdictions restrict import. We cannot advise on the rules in your country.
3. Give a receiving address that is staffedCarriers attempt delivery on business days. A loading dock or reception with a name on it avoids a return to depot.

2. Allow two business days for the first carrier scanIf nothing shows after that, contact us with the order reference and we chase the carrier.

Five minutes at the bench keeps the record clean and catches any transit problem while it is still simple to resolve.

1. Photograph the outer before opening itThen the insert and any affected vial before unpacking further. Every parcel is protected in transit: damaged, lost or missing material is replaced without a return. See Returns & damage.
2. Match every lot number on the packing note to a vialA lot you did not order, or a vial without a lot, is a reason to stop and write to us.
3. Check each crimp seal and cakeAn intact seal and a dry, intact cake are what stability rests on.
4. Resolve one six-digit code at Verify a BatchIt should open the certificate for that exact lot. Verify a Batch needs no account.
